Our day courses cover all aspects of Kadampa Buddhist meditation and practice, from introductions to meditation and positive thinking right through to explanations of Buddha's most advanced and profound teachings. Our inspiring and informative day courses will deepen and enrich your spiritual life.
An empowerment is a very beautiful ceremony in which we will make a special and close connection with a particular Buddha. This will enable us to gain inner realizations and experience of the spiritual path. Our empowerments generally take place over one day, incorporating prayers, meditations and the empowerment itself.
