We will be running day time classes at our centre in Northwich on Wednesday and Friday lunch time – 12.30pm till 1.15pm. The class costs £5 per session.

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. When our mind is peaceful we are free from worry, stress and mental discomfort and we experience pure happiness. If we train our mind to become peaceful we will be happy all the time regardless of external situations but if our mind is not peaceful we will not be happy even in the best external conditions.

This lunchtime class is an excellent opportunity to explore meditation and to take the benefits of a peaceful mind out  with you into your busy daily life and to see the benefits directly

The classes will include a guided meditation so you can experience for yourself the peace and freedom of a positive and undistracted mind.

Everyone is welcome.

We are running classes on Wednesday and Friday lunch times at 12.30pm Odiyana Kadampa Meditation Centre, Northwich.

YOU CAN JUST TURN UP ON THE DAY NO NEED TO BOOK.
